Professional and Dependable Caregivers

Excellent home care begins with the caregiver. To ensure the best possible care giving experience, all of our caregivers must go through our recruiting and screening process.
  • Our caregivers are on our internal staff - they are all employees of our company, not sub-contractors. Our employees are fully screened, skill-assessed, personal and employment reference checked, criminal background checked, licensed (if applicable), insured and bonded.
  • Our caregiver's experience, skill set and personality type are "catalogued" and they are custom selected for each client based on the client's specific needs.
  • Since we employ companion caregivers up to certified nursing assistants and geriatric nursing assistants, we can ensure your loved-one receives a continuum of care as their care needs increase.
  • Our staff RNs complete full nursing assessments on clients in need of personal care. They also visit our clients on a regular basis and supervise our licensed aides to ensure compliance with the care plan.

Who are they?
We employ caregivers from companion level to licensed aids and they come from various backgrounds. Many have cared for their own parents and want to help others. Some work in the healthcare field and like to work one-on-one with our clients. All of our caregivers truly enjoy the personal satisfaction that comes from helping others. Most importantly, we have the systems in place and take the time to try and match the appropriate caregiver with the appropriate client to help ensure a successful relationship.
